You must download and use latest "Support Manager (Shell)" to login in support area !
1. Connect dongle/box to PC USB port
2. Install "Support Manager (Shell)"
3. Run "Support Manager (Shell)" and follow Support area link

If you can not enter in support area: download latest "Support Manager (Shell)" and try again
If problem still exists: contact to support
